Depends completely in you pool. Make sure you check the commons and uncommons before you submit your deck :P

How do you check commons and stuff? What does that mean

Even if you open a sarkhan, check the red commons and uncommons to see if you have playables. A good way to do this if you've never done it before is divide your pool by color, then divide each color into "this makes me want to play this color" (bombs, removal, other good stuff). Pile 2 is "I'm fine with putting these in my deck" (2cmc 2/2, good pump spells, etc) . Final pile is "this card is bad, I don't want it in my deck". That would be your 1cmc creatures, your {hornet sting}s, and your spells like that.

For a more in depth guide to sealed deck, go to lrcast.com and find the episode about sealed deck. This Thursday they release an episode where they talk about every single common and uncommon in detail, and give each a letter grade. This is really helpful in my opinion, because they are even better at limited than I am. The set review isn't for the faint of heart though, they are usually over five hours long.

Last tips for prereleases in general: bring snacks and waterbottle. Also, sleeves. Always sleeve your deck.

Here is a Khans Sealed Simulator: http://copper-dog.com/mtg-generator/ktk/

The best thing you can do is practice and learn all the cards (but especially the commons).

3 for 3 times on the simulator for mardu I jVe gotten the butcher demon, man I hope that holds true for next weekend...
Yeah there is something wrong with it, I've gotten the Khan in all of my seeded packs and I have yet to see a fetchland. It's okay though, because commons and uncommons are 93% of the format.

BREAD:

B: Bombs...Fatties, anything that if the opponent doesn't deal with it quickly it can end the game.

R: removal...self explanatory, but look for better all around removal. Cards like {executioners swing} aren't really premium removal cards but will work if needed.

E: Evasion. Flying or unblockable. Things that can get around chump blocking and maybe even create some small time havoc for your opponent.

A: Aggression.  Haste creatures, fast to the face type stuff. In DMZ {spike jester} is the business.

D: DUDS!!! Everything that gets left over. Things not in your color or things that just don't work at all with what you're doing.

Not to burst the bubble, but BREAD isn't as relevant as it was. You can check it out on the LR cast called "breaking bread".

I've spent the last hour generating sets on that sealed simulator and I think that Abzan is the best. They have a lot of solid commons and the "creatures you control with +1/+1 counters" lords are pretty good. That being said, I have had some sick Jeskai openings, but a lot of the stuff you want to see for Jeskai are uncommons and rares.

That being said, I also really like Temur

I wish there was more support for jeskia. They gave it a lot of potential for a storm/burn deck, but they have like, no viable instants or sorceries for prowess.

I'm starting to feel like I shoulda gone Jeskai/Abzan for my 2 prereleases instead of Jeskai/Temur. But idk, a lot of the good lords are monowhite so it's ok.

I thought BREAD was for draft, which is totally different than sealed.

Works for sealed. It's how you determine what color you're in after opening your packs.

no it was used for deckbuilding limited formats in general.
