No, because malfegor doesn't target your creatures specifically, it just says to sacrifice. Same reasoning you use for something like {Geth's Verdict} to kill a {Mirran Crusader} or something.
No. Malifgor makes ur oppenents sac it. And niether one targets so it would still affect pro black
