Title: Brave frontier

So I got a new phone and didn't want to restart my BF progress so I tried logging into Facebook on my old device and it won't let me. It says there's a connection error even though you need the internet to play the game. Should I emal Gumi maybe and see if I can get my data transferred. I reaaalllllyyyy don't want to restart seeing as I just maxed out my Luther and my Great Golem is now level 56

Yes, ask for help on Facebook and through customer service.  Be kind and formal, they will get back to you faster.

Awesome, would you recommend a time stamp as well as screen shots just for conformation?

Through customer service, just explain the problem.  For the facebook, have a screenshot.  Might I also suggest not using Facebook until a week after sending the report from the app.
