I like it.

Switched wing for master splicer to balance mana. Why does it matter you ask? It really doesnt it just looked bad with gravity.

Why splicers instead of cheap artifacts, like {Ornithopter}s or like?  Plus, you could probably go down to 22 lands.  Toss in a {Sol Ring} if you've got one.  Goes great with {Tinker}.  ;)

(also, FYI, {Tinker} is banned in all formats except Vintage, where it's restricted.)

Actually just threw it together due to the incident revolving my other "Leveler" deck ^^
