{Emeria, the Sky Ruin}?  Any reason not to run them?

What's the appeal of a soul sisters deck? Is it essentially a weenie deck? I apologize for muddling up the thread but since I keep seeing them on here, I thought I would ask.

It's a little too slow for the pace of soul sisters.

You gain lots of life, have bog ole honkin' {Ajani's Pridemate} and turn 2 6/6 flying life linkers. It's a tier 1.5 deck, but {Auriok Champion} shuts down a lot of tier 1 decks.

Pretty sure it's closer to 2.5

If that's the case, {R}{W} soul sisters is tier 3 at best...

No matter what people say, it's tier 1 in my heart :,( The only real problems I have are boggles and sometimes tron. This deck holds up really well against rdw and jund. And its about 50/50 with the rest from what I've played with it.

Soul sisters was the first "competitive" deck I ever saw, and I fell in love with it instantly. Really cool deck.

Ever played against GB Rock? Let's just say, not fun times at all. However, the Zoo matchup is absolutely hilarious.

I remember when I was playing a multiplayer game against my friends melira pod deck(not competitive at all) and a goblin deck. I had out 2 ajani's pridemates, a soul warden and leyline of sanctity. He combo'd off with kitchen finks, melira and some sac outlet I can't remember, but wasn't paying attention to the board, so when he declared his life total was 1 billion, I laughed and said,"ok dude, I'm at 500 million life and my pridemates are both 500 million/500 million.." Laughed my ass off that day.
