I need suggestions, so please post any and all opinions and help :)

{Dragon Hatchling} {Dragon Egg} {Furnace Whelp}. Some lame but cheap dragons.

{Slumbering Dragon} a fantastically flavoured card. Great .politics. too.

{Dragonspeaker Shaman} cheaper spells? Yay!
{Urza's Incubator} see above.

{Dragon Arch} {2} for WHAT?
{Cryptic Gateway} cause who likes hard casting.
{Deathrender} I really just like this card. Free creatures and it encourages people to go kill somebody else? Awesome. If you've got a sac outlet it's even better.

{Gilded Lotus} cause mana. That's why.

I'm sure there's some badass dragons I'm forgetting about...

Best ramp for this kind of deck?

{Chromatic Lantern}. That's all I've got besides {Gilded Lotus}.

{Explosive Veggies}  and  {Ranger's Path} come to mind along with {Search for tomorrow}

My typical ramp EDH package:

{Cultivate}
{Kodama's Reach}
{Harrow}
{Tempt With Discovery}
{Drumhunter}
{Sol Ring}

If you need more,
{Peregrination}
{Explosive Vegetation}
{Nissa's Expedition} if creature-heavy
{Ranger's Path} if green-heavy or using forest shock lands

I try to avoid creature-attached ramp like {Elvish Mystic} due to the removal/sweep nature of EDH, but I still always use Drumhunter if I can. The card draw and him being a 2/2 make him very much worthwhile.

{Dragon Broodmother} was amazing for me when I ran Karthus. Not for ramp but just in general.

{Boundless Realms} + {Reverberate}

Some things I hear alot are "NEVER put a lot of dragons in a kartgus deck." "Just ramp and beat face"..... Just because soooooo many cards like to copy karthus...
