{plasm capture} and then poop out a huge {genesis hydra} or something.
I'm more of a fan of trample and just blow the opponent out of the water with 1000000 counters.
{Chariot of victory} is a nice {1} equip, or go for {hunter's prowess} and draw all the cards.
While I like the plasm idea, as I said about this deck is that it is all still good post rotation! And for more card draw, I thought about running bidet of thassa possibly
May I suggest {nylea, god of the hunt}? Simply because you can have all the 1/1 counters on a creature that you want, but it will still be blocked by {elspeth, Sun Champion}'s 1/1 soldier tokens.

Time I have had to worry about elspeth tokens has been when they let skulker stay on the field, then I don't get all those tokens to out number hers.
Possibly take out a follower or two for nylea?
{life's legacy} works wonders with chasm skulker.
I have tried running life's legacy in it, if it was instant instead I would like it more! I just can't really see it being useful in here, like what would I sac with it? I can already get a card draw if dakra is on the field, elvish is obvious mana ramp to use early or even for hero's effect. And I couldn't see myself using it on prognostic sphinx. But I would like to hear your opinion about how to use it!!!

Honestly any simic deck I see that tries to use {chasm skulker}, I suggest {life's legacy}. I agree that it would be Soo much better if it were an instant. The ideal situation is to have two or more chasm skulkers in play, life's legacy to sac one and get tokens and more counters on the other. I suppose {quicken} could help with making life's legacy instant speed but that's, at most, four more slots that you'd need.
Ahh yeah I could see it working well with two skulkers on the field, the only problem is, everyone I seem to play wants him gone asap, so if I don't have anything to stop that at the time, I don't usually have more than one at a time. Also depends on the deck I am playing against

Haha. It all depends on your meta. I play mostly casual. So I could see ppl wanting him gonna ASAP. Hopefully the others can help fine tune your deck.
I'm thinking about removing the 4 negates and trying 2 bidet of thassa and 2 life's legacy. Let me know what ya think!

It depends I guess really, but taking what you said into consideration, bident probably doesn't fit well. But the draw seemed nice! And I really like sagu mauler!! But the harder thing is deciding what I would remove for him!! Maybe the 2 heroes for 2 maulers?

The only thing that is different from the deck list on here now is I tried taking out the 2 voyage ends and out in 2 more heroes. I have also tried out 2 illusionist bracers, just for the fun combo with Kioras follower lol. It might just be a weak deck right now, things might change for it after rotation!
It looks like fun but idk about standard competitive. It could def be modified or even salvaged to make a mean khans deck. Good luck to ya sir.

Ahahahaha quick update! I can't resist lol, took this to fnm lastnight and went 3-1, lost to a quick mono red aggro in 3 games. The combo I found and didn't think about is awesome. I got Kioras follower with illusionist bracers on it, and I also ha a dakra mystic on the field, infinite mana and I could basically draw my whole deck and mill him out! I didn't even think about it, and when it happened in game I started laughing!! Haha he scooped when I explained it!

How I don't want to be a party pooper but how is it infinite? From what I can tell with the bracers, you'd have two instances of "Untap another target permanent". You'd have to Untap two different permanents. I don't think the follower can Untap himself with the way he's worded, so you'd Untap the mystic and maybe an island so that'd lead to another potential draw. But it stops there unless I'm missing something.

you can even untap {dakra mystic} again since you can respond to the 2nd one by activating mystic again. its still shouldnt be infinite though because {kiora's follower} cant untap herself. maybe if you have multiple followers and multiple bracers.
With the bracers I can choose to untap Kioras follower, that is how it is infinite

no. even if you could choose new targets with the bracers, you still have to choose legal targets. and the same {kiora's follower} that activated the ability will never be "another target permanent."
