I agree with the above statement, 16 three-drops (not including dismember of course) is a bit high.
A couple {Quest for the Goblin Lord} and {Shared Animosity} could be really good in here.

Well what I've noticed is that the quest slows me down to much. I don't run shared animosity but I'm assuming it's good in mono coloured goblins.

That card is way to far out of curve. It would be almost impossible to cast unless your getting flooded, in which case it's terrible because that means your creature setup on board is very minimal.
Also, where are your {Goblin Grenade}s?!?!
