This isn't Junk :/ it is BGx Souls. The white is a splash, not the definite deck color. It uses Lingering Souls and some sideboard cards.

No, that is what a splash in BG Midrange is. There are no cards that define white, making it only the colors of and not the definite junk midrange deck
