How does one beat a PW ?
With damage or a {hex parasite}
{Oblivion Ring}s, creature attacks, {Phyrexian Revoker}, {Pithing Needle}, play the same PW.....

Or if it's Jace you punch jace in the face. And then hit the person for playing Jace. God I hate that card.

You play a really old card with tons of text an while they are reading it burn the card. BURN IT.....
But the simplest way would be to hammer it with flying creature until your opponent either defends the planeswalker ( leaving them vulnerable, or gives up on defending the planeswalker to save their own hide.
