So then. Trying to find out what everyone seems to be a good modern deck. I also wanna know your reasons for playing it.
I play Delver. The reason I play delver is because 3/2 flying with removal and counterspells to back it up t2 is awesome
I don't have it finished, but I play pod because it feels like playing edh, more specifically my derevi edh. I love playing a toolbox deck like that
I play RW soul sisters because Norin, and I'm working on UR delver because counter spells, cheap creatures, and BLUE!
I play control, because who looks when scary modern cards resolve. I'm a control player but I'll play anything, lol
I play Mill and {Polymorph}!
Mill is great (Suck it Taysby!) but my hear goes to Polymorph. It was my first ever Modern deck and I love it so much!!
1. Living End - I enjoy reanimator style decks, and I love that this one has a land destruction sub theme. Also, it's a combo deck that doesn't get wrecked by counterspells so that's nice.
2. Black/White tokens - It's cheap, easy to play (making it perfect for friends who aren't as in to the format) and it has lots of hand disruption giving it a good chance against basically any deck in the format.
3. Mono-white prison - Because sometimes I just like getting my troll on, and no deck trolls people harder then this one. Seriously, the look on someones face when they realize that they can't do anything at all...too good.
I play mill and a modern black devotion deck I made.
Well this will come as no surprise to most I play MB 8rack. I play this evil deck cos no matter how good my opponent is if they have not cards to play they have no options. So if they win it's luck.
I also play W/B tokens cos {lingering souls}.
I have a mono black vampire deck I play to have a laugh sometimes.
I am also a mono black 8 rack player, though mine is a semi-budget version, and I recently splashed white. It seems to work ok so I will probably keep it that way.
I also play living end, and I have a mono red storm deck that isn't as competitive as the others, but its heaps of fun and if you can steal a win with it game 1 it only gets better and more fun to play after sideboarding.
Skred because mono-red control is hilariously fun.
Sword zoo because zoo is fun.
Merfolk!!! Good deck. Has no major weaknesses, does well against everyone.

Depending on the deck builder yes. I use it for my removal mostly. I'm not a fan of the infect creatures black got, I really only see value in {phyrexian vatmother} and only if your focusing on a g/b infect deck.
And {plague stinger} lol, no idea how I forgot one of my staple cards.

Living End is love. Living End is life. Don't build tron because it's not as good as a lot of cheaper decks. I also play BG infect and RW burn.

Blue moon is pronounced TEMPO xD ;) anyway, blue moon does not really stop a hard cast wurmcoil coil and loses once it hits the table. I'd rather be the rg tron player then the Junk/rock

To be fair, you still have to have te know how of when to go all in, when to bluff out plays, and what to counter or distrupt. Not all infect players are killing on turn 3, bug infect sets up and kills slowly, well in comparison to other infect decks. Lol

True and to be fair I don't mind losing to infect it's just not something I would play bc I enjoy interaction :D but I do like infect as a deck :P just it's not for me

Well if the only deck that loses to tron is rdw...
Rdw should win most of the time unless they have some sideboarded hexproof...
I'm bad at playing RDW, but normally they'll set up their combos by the time they're at like 2 health and screw me over.
