iMtG Server: Gathering

Ok, I need some cards that do the things I describe. Mono red color identity is necessary for Norin EDH.

-tutors (for permanents mainly)
-enter the battlefield buff effects like {ogre battledriver}
-cards with good triggers for when a creature enters the battlefield under your control.

{Mana Echoes} is pretty good.

{genesis chamber} ftw. {pandemonium} type effects are all good.and you can stack the triggers with {obsidian battle-axe} so that it gets attached before pandemonium resolves.

How about just tutors? Are there any good ones in red besides {gamble}? That was all I could find.

More looking to find noncreature permanents.

{Ring of 3 Wishes} perhaps?  {Planar Portal}
These are very mana costly though.

I do have the ring. Planar portal might be good, thanks. This deck will need certain cards so I don't mind the mana cost as much.
