If I have a Trostani's summoner and it dies,
Do my 2/2, 3/3, and 4/4 creatures die also?

Edit: I mean creature tokens that add when I play Trostani's Summoner.

No, the tokens don't die. There's no printing on any of the cards to cause such a thing to happen.
