Nice deck, a few suggestions. Try making it so that you have multiple copies of more cards, you want a lot of 3 and 4 ofs and few 1 ofs. Second, Id replace some lands to help make the mana base more consistent, look into: {Orzhov Guildgate}, {Orzhov Basilica}, {Temple of Silence}, {Isolated Chapel}, and {Godless Shrine}. Lastly, some cool cards to look into: {Blood Artist}, {Vizkopa Guildmage}, {Rhox Faithmender}, {Archangel of Thune}, {Whip of Erebos}, {Obzedat, Ghost Council}, {Blood Baron of Vizkopa}, {Sanguine Bond}, {Divinity of Pride}, and {Exquisite Blood}. Good luck, I remember my Innistrad/RTR standard lifegain deck as one of my favorites.
