If you mean the card that links to ({Invoke Prejudice}), then it will trigger on every creature spell your opponents cast if you have no creatures.

If you have no creature, the one they're casting can't possibly share a color with the entropic nothingness you have, right? :P

Same will happen with colorless creatures. It's a great edh control card
