Ok. So the mana base needs work. A lot of work. Also most of the creatures should be replaced. You need reliable counterspells as well as at least one {Vendillion Clique}. Maybe run some {Pongify} or related. Also look at some ramp suggestions I left on your red and green ramp deck.
