Looks good, probably could cut down to 22 lands. Would also consider running a 2nd Volc in place of basic mountain, or not run mystic gate.

Isn't {Red Elemental Blast} strictly better than {Pyroblast}? Why run both? (Not a legacy player so if there's something I'm missing...)

It's not strictly better, just better in some situations. The split also helps mitigate having one getting {Surgical Extraction}'d

{Red Elemental Blast} can't be misdirected to a Non-blue spell or permanent.

{Pyroblast} can target anything, which can be relevant when trying to build spell count for {Flusterstorm}, also relevant if there's something (non blue) that sacs when targeted.

Basically they're both fine for what they do, hence why the split is fine: almost every time they are being used to do the same thing.
