I have 2 questions.
1. If you cast the overload for a card such as {Mizzium Skin}'s and it effects a heroic card such as {Agent of the Fates}, does that activate it's heroic ability?
2. If while using {Artisan of Forms} you copied {Agent of the Fates} would you be able to activate his heroic ability? And in a more general form if you copied any creature with a passive or active ability would you get those abilities (eg. {Arbor Elf})?

1. No, because it doesn't target. (See the reminder text of overload. It says to replace "target" with "each.")
2. Yes and yes. When an object is copied, all abilities of the card, other than abilities granted by other cards, such as Auras, are copied as well. Also, they're not called passive and active abilities. They are either "Activated," "Triggered," or "Static" abilities. You can find descriptions of them in the rulebook on the app
