Notes:
This was one of my first decks. It's changed over time and I've finally hit a roadblock as to how to help it grow. Since Annihilator is such a crippling ability, I try to leave a bit of chance when it comes to dropping spaghetti bombs, hence descendants path and call to the kindred. I need a bit more consistency. Any and all suggestions welcome. I've been debating turning it modern but I think that'd require a revamp of the deck.

I'd give it a shot if I had them. Idk if it's obvious but I'm working with what I have. 😋 is it easy to get the set together on the battlefield?
Or does that require additional cards?

More cards like {sylvan scrying} and {expedition map} tutor them up

I'll add those to my list of things to keep an eye out for. Any other suggestions? Any alternative cards? I've been having trouble slimming down  i'd like a match that doesn't take me a minimum 5 mulligans to get started. Big thanks to casual and good friends. Lol.

I knew about that card but always tried to avoid it. Same with quicksilver amulet and similar effects. Descendants path is totally different though. 😉 Buut.. {channel} does open a few doors. I think I'm making this harder than it needs to be.

You are. :P my group plays casual to build the best decks we can, and make it impossible for anybody else. A turn two it that betrays is just funny, and should end the game in nothing but groans XD go for it.  My opinion at the very least :)

I have a deck that can drop emrakul on turn one. It's not fun for the other person at all.

It's actually possible to drop emrakul on my opponents turn if I'm on the draw as well so I can untap with it, but its a lot harder to do as it requires a specific 5 cards in my opening hand.

I can't play standard cuz I do the same thing there. Try to force the impossible. Lol.
Turn one emrakul is just ugly. 😋
But as a point of inquiry: I've been posting here with decks that I've made and like to play with but is it better to just post silly/competitive stuff?

The casual section is for the silly stuff. The standard/modern/legacy sections are for the competitive stuff.

All I dabble in is silly. But I'm trying to change that. Lol. Btw. Can you list the cards you use to turn one emrakul? It seems like something worth knowing.. Haha.

Hahaha ok

{forest}
{elvish spirit guide}
{channel}
{emrakul}

Or if you want to do it on your opponents turn one you need an extra {elvish spirit guide} and a {leyline of anticipation} on the field.

I don't play that deck very often, but when I do my friend waits till I've looked at my cards, then says 'do you have it?'

If I have it I show him my hand and he concedes. It's rather pointless but still fun to pull off every once in a while.

Which I think is the point of these kind of decks. Made to have fun, and possibly screw with people.maybe one or two channels, so you can have a normal game if you don't draw it, and if you do draw it first hand go for it :P If you can get Emrakul out early, play the mediator, and if someone starts getting scary, swing at them, and level the field. It's just an entertaining thing to do XD
