If the pharoah is in your gy, then whenever a creature deals damage to you on your opponent's turn, it gets destroyed.

Only 1 tho right?
And would it be able to take out something that is protection from black?
Or even better protection from creatures {spirit mantle}?

Only one attacker. Not pro black, not hexproof, but it will get past pro creatures.
