So I have a few questions.
#1. Does mind rot work if you have a single card in your hand.
#2. Does Karametra's Acolyte mana that is produce stay when she becomes untapped
#3. Does spells like lithergy of blood keep their mana produced.

Use curly brackets to link cards, and in order:
1) Yes, {Mind Rot} doesn't care if you have 7 cards or no cards, you can cast it either way.
2) Unless you have a way to untap {Karametra's Acolyte}, the mana will empty from your mana pool once you declare your next turn step, I.E., Combat, Attackers, 2nd Main, etc. Mana empties from your mana pool as phases end unless a card specifically says otherwise, like {Omnath, Locus of Mana}.
3) See answer 2.
1: Yes
2&3: mana pools empty at the end of turn and when you use mana, it empties from the pool.
Thanks both of you

Please keep all posts to 1 question. Having a post to ask multiple questions to will quickly get muddled and confusing.
Each question is important enough to get its own topic.

be careful! mana empties as steps and phases end, not just at end of turn. like the mana from {braids of fire} can only be used during your upkeep. once you go to your draw step, you will lose that mana. please dont post answers to rules questions unless you are compelletly sure. thanks.
OK DISCLAIMER IM NOT THAT MUCH OF A NOOB but I hear people say the term "fetch land" and still don't know what it means
They fetch other lands out of your deck with their abilities.
