If you use a blink effect like {Flickerwisp} or {Cloudshift} on {Mangara of Corondor} after corondor ability is on the stack does the ability fizzle or do I save corondor and the other creature is exiled?
The ability will resolve as much as it can. The creature will be exiled.
Will corondor and his target are both removed?
9/25/2006: If Mangara of Corondor leaves the battlefield before the ability resolves, the targeted permanent will still be exiled.
Oh cool. Thanks.

To clarify further. You could not use {flickerwisp} in this instance since you need to respond to activating the corondor's ability and flickerwisp does not have flash. Now you could use {cloudshift} like you stated or {restoration angel} or even {quickling} or {unsummon}.
{Mangara of corondor} and {Karakas} is actually a key play in death and taxes
{flickerwisp} has to be played with an {æther vial} on three. This trick is used in modern and legacy D&T decks.
Best moves in magic. Mangara-ing someone's entire board.
Also should be noted that if the creature is sacrificed/removed in response to mangaras activation. The ability fizzles and mangara stays on the field.
