Quick question, somebody tries to O Rin my {shrine of burning rage}, can I sac it before the O Ring resolves?

Sure, if it's untapped and you have the mana, you can respond to the spell.

Thanks. I had had problems in the past with {oblivion ring} because of the way it is worded, I once tried to {redirect} it only to find out that is illegal.

Yeah, the O-ring has to hit play for its trigger to go on the stack. By then, it's no longer a spell.
