Any way I can abuse {Preeminent Captain} for {Brimaz, King of Oreskos}
As is is there anyway to post midget in brimaz AND still have him make kittens?
Or is it a missed trigger chance?

Ruling from Gatherer on {Preeminent Captain}:
4/1/2008 If you use the ability, the Soldier creature enters the battlefield attacking. It doesn't trigger "when a creature attacks" triggers and is not subject to restrictions on declaring attackers.

I think he was just hoping that cheating in Brimaaz would give him a cat. But, since Brimaaz isn't actually declared as attacking, you don't gt his attack trigger (to restate the answer)
Oh, okay, I thought when he said it wasn't what he wanted he meant I hadn't answered the complete question.
