I need some help from my favorite people! This deck needs 4 more cuts, and I'm really struggling with the choice!
Urza's blueprints doesn't seem worth it.
Also, you have time seive, why aren't you playing {Thopter Assembly} for infinite turns?

I'm using {Thopter Foundry} and {Sword of the Meek} instead ;)
As for Urza's Blueprints, it is a lot of mana, there's no doubt. But I see it as a 6/6 lifelink Deathtouch creature that draws me a card every turn if I can manage to pay the stupid echo. It's like a second {Staff of Nin} that I have to pay for twice. Lol maybe it's not worth it
you could run {eon hub} and not pay echo cost

{eon hub} is sooooo good against so many decks. just beat someone who had resolved {enduring ideal} and had a huge board with it.
Oh man, I never thought about {Eon Hub}. Almost nothing in my deck cares about upkeeps, either, so it'd fit really well... I want it! Agh, but that means I need to cut another thing!
I thought I had Tower of Fortunes in there. Did I cut it by mistake somehow? Weird. Yeah, tower should be in there. Thanks Taysby!
But unfortunately I still need cuts, bad. I think the blueprints don't make the cut, as much as I love to play strange and obscure cards.
{Inkwell laviathan}, {angelheart vial}, {trading post}, {urza's blueprints}, and/or {duplicant}?
I'm not an EDH player yet but I'd suggest {ethersworn canonist}, {cranial plating} and {thoughtcast}

Yet 😄

You know what? Now that you mention it, why is Inkwell Leviathan in there? Shroud means I can't use Sydri on it, and that makes it only half as good as it could be. CUT! I am pretty confident on cutting Urza's BPs at this point, too. I really like those other 3 though... It would really hurt my feels to cut them :P
- {Inkwell Leviathan}
- {Urza's Blueprints}

EDH player or not, those are pretty good. I don't think I can fit the canonist or thoughtcast, but it would be really nice to find room for Cranial Plating somehow. And I'm still interested in squeezing in Eon Hub if I can...
I feel like {guilded lotus} should just be {thran dynamo}...I mean it is a deck full of artifacts :p
The land base here seems a bit slow, maybe add more untapped lands?
does {steel overseer} interact with anything? cause this deck doesnt care that much about attacking does it. i would say switch that with {eon hub}.
also, do you respond to {wrath of God}s by turning people's {sol ring}s into creatures? because that is both hilarious and evil.
edit: and is {mycosynth lattice} a possibility?

It's true, the land base is quite slow. To be honest, I just threw the land base together in about 20 seconds based purely on what I have available without making any trades or buying cards. It's just how I do lands in EDH :P it's a slow, casual format for fun, so I don't spend on things that don't excite me. And while better land certainly makes deck a LOT stronger, it's rarely exciting, and almost always very hard on a budget. I'll happy add better lands as I see them in trade binders and nab them, though!

That's a really good point. It's kind of a toss-up still in my eyes. Dynamo costs 1 less to cast, which is really nice, but that also means it's slightly weaker as a creature animated by Sydri. If that were the only factor, I'd say for sure dynamo was still better, but there is still a lot of color in the deck, and the lotus being able to help cover all the {U}{U} and {W}{W}{W} costs that pop up in the deck give it a slight edge. That and, once again, I actually have a lotus, and would need to aquire a dynamo :P

Steel overseer is too good! I care a lot about attacking, and Overseer even gives counters to my non-creature artifacts if I've animated them for the turn! Those don't fall off when they stop being creatures, either, and will still be there the next turn that I animate that thing. Imagine being attacked by a 9/9 {Blinkmoth Urn}! How terrifying is that?
You bet I'll be responding to wraths by animating as many artifacts of my opponents as possible :D I also look forward to the political taunt of "Hey, Jim! I see you have Terminate mana up and you're eying my {Enigma Sphinx} with that 'this would be such a waste of a kill' look. Let me offer you a better option! -animate someone else's {Veldaken Orrery}"
I thought about Mycosynth. I'm still kind of on the fence with it. I don't think I really need it here - I'm not too worried about color fixing, and I obviously don't care about making my permanents into artifacts (that all already are except for Sydri and Muzzio :P)
I'm really anxious to make the final cuts and put this deck together! After a few tweaks, I still need to cut 4 (5 would be even better so I can fit in {Cranial Plating}).
Here are a couple cards I'm thinking of cutting and why. Let me know if I'm crazy.
I think I can cut {Spinal Embrace}. It's a great trick, but it's a lot of mana to leave open and I shouldn't need the life gain with Sydri giving me lifelink on a whim.
I am thinking of cutting {Memnarch}. That sound crazy, I know, but he's... He's TOO good. It's not a very fun card to play with, and it's a very unfun card to play against. My cutting him would be purely based on him sucking fun out of the game, not based on it being a good card (because the card is really, really good lol)
If you are putting in {Eon Hub} then I would drop {Staff of Nin}
But {mycosynth lattice}+{march of the machines}...
And {mycosynth lattice}+ animating opponents lands with sydri.....
I did it! I finally made cuts! So many thanks to everyone who offered me advice and helped me slim it down - this may have been the hardest one to cut to 100 yes. +1's to all of you who helped! Any additional comments are of course still welcome :)
Thanks again, everyone!
