Anybody know of a fun easy to navigate deck, that is budget friendly and has some "cool" creatures in it.

Mono black aggro is fun, fast and competitive and has some 5/5s with flying http://magic.tcgplayer.com/db/deck.asp?deck_id=120889
Its cheap if you drop he mutavalts and thoughtseize and replace them with more black fat flyers like: {master of feast}
If it's easy to pilot? Try infect, RDW or green stomps. All good for that kinda stuff.
Thanks for the info. I think a green stomp deck would be best except I would like to add another color. I'll try and make a {R}{G} devotion deck for him.
I've posted a deck in casual, so if anybody want to help build by all means swing by.
RG Devotion
edit : in modern at the moment getting it moved.
Go to your LGS, get 2 free practice deck for M15. They're fairly balanced. You can see what type of player he is and then decide what to build. We're also near rotation too. If you want him to play Standard it's easier to start post-rotation
For a 14 year old girl? Demons >:D

I bought the m15 duel pack and we've played.( he beat me) Right now he is playing with a deck he built out of a tool box kit. I want to make him a casual deck he could play with his friends, that didn't cost hundreds of dollars.
Clash Pack is probably good too, except sleeve those cards! They have some valuable stuffs in there.
The Practice decks are free, theyre actually a good product. It's got 1 bulk rare that is completely terrible, but it's very easy for beginners, and it will completely throttle you as a player - only so much you can get out of the deck. I wouldn't recommend building around it, just completely throw it away when you're finished.
I would recommend a Orzhov extort-like deck. That was the first deck I ever built and it can be really fun to play. Just combine lifegain with stuff life {viscopa guildmage} and {sanguine bond}, neither of which are expensive. If not, {G}{R} smashing decks are really cheep.

I agree with this. I have a lot of friends who began with Orzhov lifedrain decks and really liked them. It is pretty straightforward, but still allows them to learn some of the basic concepts of Magic. Use stuff like {Obzedat, Ghost Council}, {Blood Baron of Vizkopa}, {Debt to the Deathless}, {Exsanguinnate}, {Rhox Faithmender}, {Gift of Orzhova}.... The lifegain gives them a cushion so they don't have to worry too much about complex blocking scenarios and the lifeloss makes the game less dependent on making "correct" attacks.
