Don't need detention spheres with board wipes I don't expect anything to last long once I board wipe and drop keranos or aetherling it should be over .  Also assemble the legion blows black devotion out of the water.

Well it's most likely that I'd board wipe then play assemble the legion and even if I do board wipe I still get counters on it and soldiers just keep coming :) thanks for commenting too by the way I'm taking this to gameday on Saturday !

My only other question is how good our the jaces ingenuity I feel like they r a little much as far as card draw with the sphinx's revs... I'd much rather have say a few counterflux

I really like the aether spouts in the sideboard, you might even want to cut decide or something else for another copy.

As someone who runs Keranos: run 2x

As someone who runs Keranos: run 2x
Your deck is more counter-burn, I ended up actually taking a {Keranos, God of Storms} out of my deck, down to one. Keranos is just too slow, and is really a win-more card. If you are behind and taking in a lot of damage, you'd rather have a {Warleader's Helix} or a {Devouring Light}. That said, I keep the other Keranos in the sideboard for the mirror match.

On to your mana base: I play my deck a lot like yours, 95% UW control, splashing red for a few cards and couple things in the sideboard. Here is what my mana base looks like:
4x {Hallowed Fountain}
4x {Temple of Enlightenment}
4x {Temple of Epiphany}
4x {Temple of Triumph}
2x {Shivan Reef} (debating going up to all 4)
5x Island
3x Plains

I am really happy with the base, as it gives me access to 1UU on turn 3 for counterspells, I can usually have two untapped lands on turn 2 for {Negate} if I need it, and turn 4 {Supreme Verdict} is rarely a problem.

Was there a problem with my land base? I'm just going off what I have and what I felt like would work for the deck (can't get my hands on enlightenment and other hallowed fountains in time) so far I haven't felt a problem with it but I always appreciate suggestions I do have Warleader's helix and felt a bit like I should run some but cutting from the list is difficult now I really like the way it looks (wish I had Elspeth and archangel but in confident I can win without them) I really think assemble the legion is gonna be a solid card for me even after board wipes and I'll consider a second keranos in sideboard thanks for the input!

Thanks for the comments and suggestions glad you like my legion bomb :)

I will try the lands you suggested and take out the planar cleansing for banishing light I don't have a lot of permanents in this deck but I'll give it a try
