A 12th black source is important to get spike jesters consistently. I would add 2-4 more untapped br lands which could either be shocks/fetches/ {blackcleave cliffs} to help the deck

I'd add {Marsh Flats} or {Arid Mesa}s. The thinning could be important in a deck like this, you don't want more than like 4 lands ever.

I considered this. The only thing is I don't want to remove more Mountains. The deck consitently hits four and stays there and wins. I just don't think it's necessary

Seems like a good card, bit in the wrong meta, you wont want all of your stuff attacking. For example, you dont want to send a King into a Tarmogoyf.

Yeah weirding shaman seems way to slow, but the 4th goblin guide is a must just have a proxy in one deck while you are using the other competitively
