Hi guys first post. Just started playing mtg, and I am curious about the following.
Looking to build a legacy deck. Interested in your thoughts/criticism. Really interested why you might think it will fail!!!
Creatures:
4x birds of paradise
4x lotus cobra
4x knight if the reliquary
3x ob nixxus the fallen
3x primevil Titan
Spells:
4x harrow
4x green suns zenith
4x banefire
2x titanic ultimatum
Artifacts:
4x lotus petal
Lands:
1x kor haven
1x rogues passage
3x horizons canopy
4x windswept heath
1x yavimaya hallow
1x sejiri steppe
1x kessig wolf run
6x forest
1x plain
1x mountain
4x wooded foothills
Ideas: FYI, I can play any ultimatum turn 3 if I draw it. With the right hand i can play identity crisis turn 2. Cobras, kotr, harrow equal lots of mana/flexibility. Lotus petals allow for turn 1 cobras, or 2x birds, or save the petal for turn 3 ob nixxus. This deck is so fast it can withstand losing any creature. Albeit cobra, kotr or nixxus. Green suns allow for consistency, pulling either cobra or kotr/ and late game (turn 5/6) titans. For utility, there are cool lands to use that can be fetched via kotr or Titan.
I just started playing a few weeks ago. I have a pre con deck from wallmart lol. Been spending free time looking at cards on the gatherer. Don't want to spend money on a deck that will blow.
Also been play testing ideas on a website that every other day crashes. Mtg deck builder in google search helped get an idea of consistency. I'm just nervous to drop hundreds of bucks on a deck that has a major flaw that I'm blind to.
