Seems like a solid Boros deck to me. Would you consider {figure of destiny} or {legion loyalist} over the {apothecary initiate}? I get the feeling that you're on a budget by using guild gates. If you could get a hold of {temple of triumph} or {sacred foundry}, those would be better.

Thanks! I'll look into those lands; I can easily see why they're better. How do the quantities look? I have absolutely no idea how to do this (:

In general, it's good to have 4 of as many of your good cards as possible. That way you're more likely to draw them. However, this is already pretty good! It's not a lot of one-ofs.

Seems good! The mana base (lands) could be fixed a bit, but that can come later. Oh, you might also want to find room for {lightning bolt}.

Otherwise this is fine I think. Some other cheap options are {evolving wilds} {clifftop retreat} and even just more basic lands. The idea is that it slows your deck down to play tapped lands- you have to wait and extra turn to cast things.

Imposing Sovereign
Soulmender
Spirit Bonds( maybe only 1 or 2 )
Triplicate Spirits (same only 1 or 2 )
Cavalry Pegasus
Boros Mastiff
Bomber Corps
Wojek Halberdiers
Knight Watch ( 2 of thoughs )

Alot of things with battalion and anything that gets out small but in big numbers
