Why you no run {Vedalken Orrery}? Must have for a flash deck. I'd also run counters. With all your lands untapping you can counter then unload your whole hand before your turn starts. In which case you might need some card draw.
Or just turn it into flash hulk.
Maybe I'm biased cuz I love the card but I'd run {chasm skulker} over {lorescale coatl}. Same function but a better payout if they decide to mess with him.
