Title: Commander decks

Are made differently.  The cards are a lot shinier and darker than normal cards.  Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes. Almost everyone has. They are much poorer quality too

I've noticed that with the intro decks too. Every one I've opened has a glossy feel to it, and is darker, than a card pulled from a pack..

Or maybe it's just me...

Back before Innistrad rotated, I played Elves in Standard.  I once had a Judge called because my Wolfir Silverhearts were colored weird, since they came out of the Intro Packs.
