Can I use {hibernation sliver}'s ability to bounce {ward sliver} (current protection: blue) back to my hand, to flash it back in (protection: black) with {quick sliver}, in response to someone {doom Blade}-ing it?

Is that confusing?

If you return Ward Sliver to your hand, there is no target for Doom Blade anymore and it fizzles. It still fizzles if you replay it with flash because it is considered a new entity.

But that is true. I was making this WAY too complicated. But what if they targeted six slivers with {Hex}? Could I return and then flash in ward sliver to protect them all?

Yes. You activate and resolve all your triggers before his hex gets to resolve.

or...you could simply return any of the six targeted Slivers so that the spell fizzles. You are making this way too complicated lol

In order to force a spell to fizzle, you must remove all targets or make all targets illegal (or some combination of the two). This means you would have to unsummon all 6 of the target slivers or give them all pro-black. Unsummoning just one of them won't save the other 5 creatures.
