Does the new Teferi ({Teferi, Temporal Archmage}) allow multiple PW activations per turn cycle?!! So I can use Jace on my turn, P2'S turn, P3's turn and so on?
I'd think so, imagine it with the chain veil

Its the new static ability of the new printed planeswalker from the upcoming Commander product. The text states "You may use CARDNAME as your commander."

yes. i wasnt asking how the card is legal. i was asking wtf was wizards thinking by making a planeswalker a commander.
I'm hoping that all the new commander decks have a PW commander. Otherwise, this one is just silly. Glad they are going to be all monocolored though.
