Everyone has that one card, when it comes it to play you instantly face palm yourself. Then you proceed to run out of the room and set your deck a flame. Okay okay maybe burning your pride and joy is to far, but you know the feeling.
I don't play in tournaments or any of the like. Just with friends and I have this one friend who loves his elves.
The card that really grinds my gears is {heedless one}
What card do you dislike/hate?

{blood moon} in modern
{abrupt decay} in legacy
{tooth and nail} in edh. (Because the guy who plays it plays it entwined on turn 3 for {bearer of the heavens} and {ulamog! the infinite gyre}. You put the combo together. :P. )
That combo is pretty crazy!
{Prophet of Kruphix}, plain and simple. My entire group feels the same way. So, when someone of casts it, they have to be poised to win, or we'll just focus all the attention at them and make them wish they hadn't played it. We had one game where we made someone spend so many resources protecting it that they couldn't actually abuse it for the rest of the game. That sorta thing.

How does he turn three it?
{Torpor Orb}. I hate that card SO MUCH.
{Defense of the Heart} annoying as hell.
Tron. .love. Tron.
I hate to see the card {splinter twin} hit the field....
{Palisades Giant}. I've managed to get my whole group to stop playing that card by always gunning for them if they have one.
{mesmeric orb}!!! Screw that card!
Just play blue so it doesn't hit the battlefield :P
In standard, {Gary} or {Jace, Memory Adempt}, because mono-black and BUG walkers are too popular in my area.
In modern, {Iona, Shield of Emeria} because {Gifts Ungiven} is such a stupid deck....
In EDH, any board wipe because I play slivers.

The ulamog would not trigger destroying a permanent without hard casting it
But getting both those on T3 is just about game anyway....
Not that turn 3 tooth and nail happens very often at all anyways...I don't care if you have {mana crypt}, {mana vault} and the works.
{Island}. Oh how i hate seeing those across from me.

Grrr...
I just have to play it way too often! A meta change in my playgroup would be nice...
T1 {Gladecover Scout}
And then in Game 2 T1 GS and {Leyline of Sanctity} in the hand
{fate unraveler}
{Deadeye Navigator}. Hands down.
{storm crow}
You know you're not going to be playing anything but shenanigans if he drops

AGREEED!!!! If used in a fair way sure he's fine but lets get real nobody uses him in a fair way!
My friend would say any planeswalker, besides tibalt, let's be real... And maybe not so much as hit the table, but the 1 card I cannot stand ever is {tragic slip}. I swear it's the most broken card ever printed.

In the right deck it's bonkers!! Scratch that in most decks it's bonkers!!!
It's good in absolutely ANY deck, I used to have to deal with people splashing black, just for it. It's BS and I would have it banned in every format if I had the option.
{leyline of sanctity} when I am playing RDW
{Standstill} kinda sucks playing against
T1 {entomb} is never good
T1 discard {golgari grave troll} is a bad thing
T1 {mox opal}, {vault of whispers}, {vault skirge}, {ornithopter}, {memnite} means bad things are about to happen
{cryptic command}
{delver of secrets}
{Snapcaster Mage}
T1 {Thoughtseize}. I'm already ready for that .poo. to rotate from standard.
We have nine of the same EDH deck running around my LGS. {Niv-Mizzet the Firemind}. I hate him soooo much
{Uril, the Miststalker}
God I hate Hexproof!!!!!

Omg. That's insane. I seriously hope my friend never finds that card! Haha
{Icy Manipulator}. That card was annoying back in the day. If the person controlling it also had swamps, AAAALLLLL my removal was held in hand In case a wild {Royal Assassin} appeared.
I want to point out all these instants and sorceries people mentioned don't actually hit the battlefield...

So much this!
I hated {prodigal sorcerer} back then too cuz I played a lot of {G} and that guy would {grapeshot} my mana dorks
I'd have to say any of these
{island}
{mountain}
{plains}
{swamp}
{forest}

I played this deck in ABUR time period. It was awesome. {Nether Shadows} for recurring blockers, {Black Knight}s and {Sengir Vampire}s to get in there.
I loved it. Might rebuild it for S&Gs.
