See what you guys think of this. Thrown together in like....20 minutes while eating breakfast. Friends challenged me to make a tribal, and this popped up.

If it helps any, crypt ghast and lili both ramp for me, just in small amounts. If I can get her ultimate, I should be good

Problem is you won't get her ultimate knowing the modern format. I recommend you play some more removal. Like {Hero's Downfall} or {Murder}. Or maybe some edict cards. Like {Tribute to hunger}. Also run {Inquisition of Kozilek} or {Thoughtsieze}. If you can't afford those go {Duress}. More options would be {Damnation} or to turn this into a Reanimator deck.

Threw in tribute. Also, I remember that heartless summoning is in there, which helps with the ramp as well.

Why bother with urborg if all the other lands are swamps?

I thought most demon decks use a bunch of   {Shadowborn Apostle}'s and four demons since they can just search for them. But no idea if that will be any good in modern.

I thought about it, but one {surgical extraction}, and the entire deck is screwed over. This way, if I lose a creature, it's not the end of the world.
