I'd reccommend removing Jade Mage specifically because you have to invest mana into it every turn for what all your other dudes are doing for free.

I also feel like having Putrefy and Naturalize is redundant. I reccommend removing Naturalize

Also, try and replace savage lands with something like {City of Brass}. You need the utopia lands

The jade mages are for using my extra mana at the end of my opponents turn, and when I need extra saprolings (setting up for mycoloth), the putrefy are mainly for creature removal (just in case my Deathspore Thallid isn't around, or I don't have the saps to sac to him) and art kill if needed, whereas naturalize is for arts and enchants, and I'm not using any kind of pain land. The savage lands help pay for Kresh and Sprouting Thrinax, especially if I don't have Utopia Mycon out. I wouldn't mind different lands, but pain lands are counter productive.

I often see Saproling decks as either Golgari or even Necra/Junk, but I have never seen any of them do well.  I think a much better combination would be Simic and for the green to feed off blue.  Something like:

Saproling

68 cards, 0 sideboard

3 {Seaside Citadel}
2 {Simic Growth Chamber}
1 {Treva's Ruins}
14 {Forest}
2 {Terramorphic Expanse}

22 lands

4 {Gilder Bairn}
3 {Grazing Gladehart}
2 {Kresh the Bloodbraided} (replace?)
2 {Sporesower Thallid}
2 {Mycoloth}
3 {Jade Mage}
2 {Tukatongue Thallid}
2 {Thelon of Havenwood}
3 {Utopia Mycon}

23 creatures

1 {Life and Limb}
1 {Sporemound}
4 {Tezzeret's Gambit}
3 {Doubling Season}
2 {Scatter the Seeds}
3 {Might of the Masses}
3 {Sprout Swarm}
3 {Naturalize}
3 {Sprout}

I had a version with blue, and a version with white. This iteration has a 97.385% win ratio across 2397 games (I've been running it awhile, and decided to rebuild it).

I might sideboard a simic version, but it would take some work to get the right effect
