Notes:
I have always liked this deck and I'm thinking about building it for fun. I would love to have FoW but they are pricy. Candelabra is also way out of my price range. Even though it's budget it still works rather well. The only thing I'm having trouble with is the side because I feel like in missing something.

I would cut {Daze} and add some {Flusterstorm} (one in wishboard, some number main). Daze is awful in the deck, you don't want to time walk your land drops, since it will choke your mana during the critical turn.

Not having force hurts, since you don't want to spend mana protecting your first Tide. Maybe run some {Pact of Negation} main?

Running {Sensei's Divining Top} in conjunction with fetches would help with consistency.

I would also look into Solidarity, which doesn't run Candelabra and goes off at instant speed.

I would love to have flusterstorms, FoW, top, and fetches but I'm a broke college student. I can't throw money around like candy. I may got with pacts over daze or maybe spell pierce.

So I'm just learning Legacy. How does this work?

Never played it, but I think you make an arbitrarily large amount of mana and mill then with {Blue Sun's Zenith}

You cast high tide causing your lands to tap for 2 and then use untap spells like turnabout, snap, and time spiral to generate a lot of mana and cast a lot of spells. Then you cunning wish for either brain freeze or blue suns to deck them out.

After some reasearch on the deck I think I found a better version. I found that cloud of faeries and snap is a good way to generate a bunch of mana really quick. I also dropped the daze's for spell pierce and pact so that I don't set myself back as much. I also updated my wish board to better combat some decks.

Looks really solid. I think I might steal the decklist.

It does look fun. I could see the cloud of faeries cycling being relevant occasionally as well.
