could really use some help with this deck my cousin is just starting edh and hes 15 and doesnt have a job so im trying to keep the deck super cheap but i want it to be good and im not good at cheap stuff lol please help me out
the main win con is to get the commander damage to kill the opponent

Google "mtg cheap edh." I know I have seen some on MTGSalvation for about $20.

The precons are available at Target and Walmart for MSRP $29.99. I even saw a Mind Seize today. That is about .30 cents a card, quite a bit cheaper then you could build a similarly capable deck for. Sure you could go to your LGS and buy bulk commons (heck, they might even GIVE you them). But the precons are made so you can grow with them, add better cards the more your funds allow.

This right here. They are great decks to start off with.

It has been confirmed by WoTC that will be getting the Commander decks every year, also MaRo said something just a few days about them. I would assume late October or early November (pretty much when last year's came up).
