Yeah, I'd sub out the {Golgari Keyrune}. In fact, Id cut all of the mana rocks for ramp spells like {Farseek}, {Rampant Growth} and {Kodama's Reach}. Land destruction is less common than artifact destruction.

Jarad is an amazing general for two reasons: he can "combo win" at any second and can swing for game with commander damage if your opponent isn't paying attention. You have a good start, but what you really want are big, explosive, stomping things. {Craterhoof Behemoth} is crazy with Jarad because you swing in and wreck your opponent and if they miraculously survive, you have giant creatures to fling at them. {Scavenging Ooze} is great too, because he allows you to keep your opponents GY clean (because Jarad doesn't care about opponent's GYs), while gaining life, getting a huge beatstick, and it threatens to be flung at your opponent's faces. {Seedborn Muse} is incredible, allowing you to never really tap out, which is scary when you have Jarad as a commander. {Burgeoning} is better than {Exploration} if you are going to be playing in multiplayer games. {Fauna Shaman} helps make Jarad bigger while fetching game enders ({Craterhoof Behemoth}). {Disciple of Bolas} is just stupid with Jarad. {Oracle of Mul-Daya} allows a "second {Courser of Kruphix}" which is relevant in a singleton format. {Savra, Queen of the Golgari} is stupid with Jarad too and can effectively keep the board clear. {Reassembling Skeleton}, {Tenacious Dead} and the like can be used with Savra to make sure you are the only one with a creature on the board (using Jarad as sac outlet). {Golgari Grave-Troll} is so good he is banned in Legacy, play him. {Genesis} can help you get back what you fling at your opponent's faces. {Woodfall Primus} allows you to do a lot of dumb things, especially with something like {Genesis} on the field. {Avenger of Zendikar} is great and {Lord of Extinction} is a finisher with Jarad. {Phyrexian Arena} helps to draw cards and {Underworld Connections} is a good "second Arena" or "budget Arena". {Maelstrom Pulse} says, "destroy pretty much whatever you want". As for lands, they are expensive but, {Overgrown Tomb}, {Bayou}, {Twilight Mire}, {Woodland Cemetery}, {Gilt-Leaf Palace}, {Tainted Wood}, {Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth}, {Volrath's Stronghold}, {Cabal Coffers}, {Gaea's Cradle}, {Shizo, Death's Warehouse} and even {Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx} are okay. Hope this helps, and don't be afraid to proxy some this stuff, EDH is a casual format.

{doom blade} and {go for the throat} have been great spot removal for me. a {hero's downfall} for pesky 'walkers. also need some board wipes so {damnation} is obviously number 1. {decree of pain} is also great for value.

{Ultimate Price}, and {Bloodflow Conoissuer}. you'll want that sac outlet for Jarad to get bigger. Plus, you could try a loam engine.

1: Get three cycling lands in the grave({Barren Moor}, {Tranquil Thicket}, {Slippery Karst})
2: Cast {Life from the Loam}
3: Use two lands to draw cards and use the third to return {Life from the Loam} to your hand.
4: Rinse and Repeat
