I do believe u need more cards. And with yout general. Idk his last ability is useless since you cant have duplicate cards except basic land in Commander

Yeah, and milling is a tough strat with 100 card decks.

I've done it, I even got away with it in Free-For-All against a 150 card deck. Milled him out and then lost.
