So the word premium in magic means foil, premium deck series was printed in foil. So it works for those cards only because they are foil.
And apparently technically this card does not exist, wizard put them in random packs as foils as a 16th card, so they are extremely extremely rare, in the art it pictures itself and power nine. So if you have this card do not let it go cheap
