Title: Win + lose game on the stack
Post by: Destore117 on June 29, 2014, 09:14:45 PM
What happens if 2 cards you control have effects that say "you lose the game" and an effect that said "you win the game"
Ex. You play {Intervention pact} on an opponents turn you lack the mana for it but you also had out {Mortal Combat} and after your opponents turn you had 20 creatures in the graveyard?

Would you get to choose whether you win or lose at the start of your upkeep?

Yes, you stack the triggers how you want. Put the Pact trigger lower on the stack, let the other one resolve first, and you'll win.

Honestly. I will let you know I'm not sure but you can always just try and drop a platinum angel on your field and that'll cancel it's affect.
That would work, but please don't guess. I hate to sound mean, but this is not the place for card suggestions. A person has the question they need answered. If your post has the words "I'm not sure" in it it shouldn't be here.

Was sarcasm (I hope). Annoying sarcasm as I just wanted my question answered. But yeah.
