{Gideon Jura}+{sundial of the infinite}
Have out sundial and then when u play gideon use his 0 cost ability then use sundial and now he is a 6/6 that preventes all combat damage and permanently stays that way. And is still a plainswalker so u can still use his other abilitys.
💣 sorry, but Gideon's ability isn't a trigger, so it will end when the turn ends with Sundial.

He's only a 6/6 until the end of the turn.
The dial works with cards that set up one time triggers that, once triggered don't trigger again. Consider the wording on {Séance}. Put a token into the bf and "exile it at the begging of the next end of turn step.". This is a trigger and goes on the stack.
"Until end of turn effects end." is an important part of the reminder text on Sundial.
