I don't think all that red just for 2 Boros charm is good, a playset of shocks and two temples should be fine.  You could also cut down a land for another charm.

I had meant to throw in a few {lightning strike}s, but yeah that's a good idea.

Why no  {Fiendslayer Paladin} ?

Instead of splash red id splash black for blood barons. That way removal wont affect you as much
