particularly when it comes to protection, remember
D amage
E quip/enchant
B locking
T argeting
The protection from [characteristic] affects only these things.
In this case, none of the following happen with either {Hold at Bay} or {Fated Retribution}, so both would affect stormbreath
{Hold at Bay} targets {Stormbreath Dragon} though which can't be done so I'd say it's illegal.
But stuff like fated and Verdict can kill it bc it's destroy all creatures

If your trying to prevent damage being done to stormbreath this is true. But if your trying to prevent damage being dealt BY stormbreath, {Hold at Bay} works as you don't target stormbreath.

yea we were assuming the OP was trying to save his creature from stormbreath with hold at bay, which it can. with pro white, stormbreath cannot be saved by hold at bay, as you say.
Ohhhh I thought he meant like it was his Storm Dragon that he wanted to save sorry bud
