So here's the plan, I'm trying to get my group to try EDH for once.  I threw this together for Monday. Im trying to keep the power level reasonable so that I don't turn them off of the idea. Are there any EDH RB staples I'm missing?

Yeah, those two are in my "sideboard". I tried focusing on more small sweep effects to try to get card advantage. Im considering those two, but what would I lose?

I'm also going for repeatable or "many-for-one" effects like {Damnation}.

I mean play the deck and if there is cards you just don't seem to use or don't like to see, take them out for cards you do

She's on the sidelines right now. I like her, but I don't know if this deck has many sac-worthy creatures. I guess she could always self-immolate for two damage and a card. I just have a feeling she'll be turfed by the many small sweep spells.

P.S.  she's also going to go in my {Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper} EDH deck.

{Decree of Pain} springs to mind? Compliments {Malfegor}, too.

I have been gagging for a "Whenever a/target player sacrifices a creature..." card for ages to with my Orzhov/Esper strategies and it looks like it would work well here too! I have found that {Liliana Vess} helps in a sac/destroy/reanimate EDH deck.
