Can I use {Look At Me, I'm The DCI} in EDH and ban the opponent's commander?
If you somehow legally play an Un-Card, I don't see why that WOULDN'T work.

if your opponents are ok with you using Un cards since they're techinaclly banned.
It's frowned upon to permanently dispose of Commanders, so odds are your playgroup won't allow it.
You could always use {Nevermore} or {Meddling Mage} or {Voidstone Gargoyle}.
