Did you PM the list you originally mailed him? Can you also list the cards here? It seems that he did mail ppl's cards back who PMd him the original list. But I can't say 100%

Mail him a letter. You have his address. I am betting he will mail your stuff back since he sent most everyone else's back. I think he realized the severity of trying to rip ppl off and that is why he mailed the cards back......I'm guessing he just forgot about you.
