No. While the one may be a higher cmc it has more versatility then the other
I like it lol. The only thing I might suggest is running the dagger main board too. It's deadly with the invisible stalker. My friend runs a deck that is mono blue equipment and bounce and it does extremely well against top dollar decks.
I think you can Sideboard Dissipate against Unsummon and put the Daggers in.. Therefore you Should by faster before the Titans and the Creeping Things Hit the Board and then Bounce them..
Hey, let me know how this deck does. Looks fun, might want to build something like this myself.
I put this deck together and here is my critique. A lot of times I had a delver or invisible stalker out with no
Weapons to attach to them even with ponder and all the other draws it wasn't enough. I think like person above suggested throwing in more equipment or more digging like forbidden alchemy. I was thinking maybe 2 daggers in place of 2 negates. Maybe get rid of negates altogether. I'm thinking replacing the last 2 negates or thought scour with 2 forbidden alchemy
Love these types of decks. Shows that u don't have to send bunch of cash to win or have a good time. I made a u/w deck verry similar with venser and {gather the towns folk}. Turn three I was swinging with six in the air. Delver with a dagger, deadly. My oppent had no response.
Maybe splash red. Add {sulfur falls}, {incinerate}, {faithless looting} (to buff the pike), {stormblood berserker} and {sword of body and mind}.
That is still budget right? Add a few mountains and you're off. {sulfur falls} is costly, but eBay or trading could bring it down to $15 for the play set.
As you start getting better cards you can add {Chandra's Phoenix} as your 3 drop and play quickly. As it looks currently it could win, but relies on equipment.
